Today, I got an allotment

Today I was signed up by my rather wonderful girlfriend for a half-lot allotment near our flat. It's intimidatingly huge. I also bought some gardening gloves, a big fork and some wellies (for she). I'm exceedingly excited. But now is time for chilli - more to follow.
